Question 1

Is the preview really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It's built before you pay anything. If you don't love it, you walk away and owe nothing.

Question 2

Do I own the website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once you pay it's yours, and I'll help move it if you ever want to.

Question 3

How fast can it go live?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes in as little as three days, depending on how quickly changes and photos come together. The go-live date is agreed in writing.

Question 4

What do you need from me?

Accepted Answer

Business name, what you do, hours, how people reach you. Photos help. A Facebook page or old site is enough to start.

Question 5

I already have a website.

Accepted Answer

That's fine. I'll build a free preview of a fresh one so you can compare. If yours is working well, I'll tell you.

Question 6

Can I change it myself?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with the care plan. Or text me.

Question 7

I already take online orders.

Accepted Answer

Keep it. I build around it.

Question 8

Will I show up on Google?

Accepted Answer

The site is set up so Google can read it properly. Nobody can honestly promise the top spot and I won't.

Question 9

Is there a contract?

Accepted Answer

No.

Question 10

Can you get me on Google?

Accepted Answer

I can get you set up right and keep it fed: Google Setup is $300 once, Found on Google is $150 a month, and you get a plain report every month with real numbers from Google. What I can't do is promise a ranking. Nobody can, honestly.

Question 11

Is the AI going to say something wrong to my customers?

Accepted Answer

Three rules: it never quotes a price you didn't give it, you approve anything that goes out, and when it isn't sure it hands off to a person and texts you.

Question 12

Do I need to be good with computers?

Accepted Answer

No. If you can text, you can use everything I set up.

Question 13

I need more than a website.

Accepted Answer

Ask me. Bigger custom builds are quoted per project.
